Every so often we just don’t have the time to drive to our favorite butcher shop to get meat. We might hit the local grocery store, choose simple choice beef or get less then the best steaks possible.
So the question is, how do I make my steak delicious. The answer is simple. A great marinade. A liberally applied marinade, and a steak grilled properly, can taste wonderful and make any decent cut of steak delicious.
Here is the best marinade we came up with after decades of experimentation with both ingredients and timing …. and here’s the thing. You can marinate the steak for as little as 30 minutes and infuse great flavor and juiciness.
We typically marinate for 8 hours or vacuum seal the steaks, which forces the marinade deeply into the meat quickly.
We hope you enjoy.
