Blue Cheese Dressing

This is another dressing that simply spoiled our family from ever using store bought salad dressings.

Unlike some of the other recipes on this blog, this one was purely ours, developed after years of experimentation.  As with all things on this blog, quality matters and the better the blue cheese, the better the dressing. I also use more blue cheese in this recipe than others may call for, and it often comes in 8 ounce packages. Tough! The blue cheese is what make this so tasty!

Lastly, this is absolutely delicious with wings, veggies, you name it.
