Now this is a true Southern Sauce. It is vinegar based and tangy, quite unlike our Bourbon Barbeque Sauce recipe.
We like this particularly on our smoked ribs, and it adds a bit more of a spicy flavor. Many folks South of the Mason Dixon line prefer this flavor, though the Bourbon Barbeque Sauce seems to be the most preferred of the two.
